Hi, I just wanted to add some clarification from ESR that the long stand is meant only for viewing and the short stand is meant for writing and drawing. That is why some angles I tried were unstable.
"The case achieves up to 9 different angles: 6 for viewing (long stand) and 3 for writing (short stand)."

So I bought a second case due to the brown one being released, and the last ridge is much sturdier than before even with the big flap. Highly recommend getting yours replaced. My first model kept slipping just like yours

Probably the other white one I was mentioned in the video. I don't think I will have up a review for it for another 2-3 weeks but I haven't experienced any glaring issues with it. Just keep in mine, the material of the white version is different than the other colors that just uses normal silicone.

Does it fall for you when you put pressure using the small flap on the farthest ridge /
Rewatch it, he shows himself putting significant pressure on it
@@Panic_Pickle I only asked because the one I received fell with even the slightest amount of pressure. I returned it and got a new one and the this new one does not fall even with a fair amount of pressure

what case is that white hybrid you mentioned at the end of the video ? :)
I like the idea of a stand especially raised one and all the angles , but the design and quality looks quite awful to me so i am not sure what case to go with in the end , im curious about the white one though , its not from ear maybe as well ?

@@JimmyLamStudio thank you for a quick reply! have you tried the classical rebound ? without the inner case ? that is the one I was thinking about initially
@@carolina.mariia I had it with my 2021 iPad Pro. It was the one I used most of the times. If you’re trying to get it with the 13” iPad Pro, only the white one has the nicer faux leather on it. The others have silicone.
Just got mine for the 11 inch today and it’s way too bulky/heavy. Sending it back and will keep using the Smart Folio until Zugu releases their cases.
Bro for real the cases are not interchangeable ? It’s such a missed opportunity. I would like to go for ESR keyboard over Logitech combo touch cause I like the battery integrated and bulk for protection, but if when I take it out the keyboard doesn’t have a kickstand, and I can’t even buy another esr case so when I don’t use the keyboard I can still put my iPad upright because it’s not compatible… kind of a deal breaker,
This case is just way too bulky. But I feel it has alot of potential if ESR really decides to improve on it.
It’s only bulky because of it being a hybrid case (case + folio). There is definitely room for improvement but when you look at other cases on the iPad market, this case is definitely one of the tops. No other case comes close in versatility.
@@jon5161 Agreed. There isn't many cases to choose from and you can't have all these features while having it as light as a feather. No one has done it. I think if they even tried to make it lighter, it would probably end up compromising the drawing stand's strength. It is already a great option. If they ever implement the changes I mentioned, it would just make it better(imo).
