Im a Newfie and ive seen protest everytime they have been here since i was fourteen i get flashbacks to seeing this song live in st.johns newfoundland and feeling the whole building shake during the heavier parts to everyone singing along during the deep as the grave soft part always brings a smile to my face and a memory i will never forget as lomg as i live
I don't know why, but for some reason I just imagined how awesome it would be if they played this song on letterman/conen and all those other talk shows. Would be fresh
I have seriously been thinking the same thing for so long. They are definitely popular enough to make it on. I think Jimmy Kimmel is their best bet though. He's usually the only one who has any type of heavier music on to my knowledge
This song has pretty much been on repeat for the last week. And after listening to it at least 100 times, I really have the urge to visit Newfoundland lol
They keep getting better and better, and every time they get better I keep thinking there's no more room left for improvement and they prove me wrong every time >__>
The bass player bumms me out. As a bass player myself I always like when the bass player are the ones besides the singer moving around the stage. I know its all about timing and playing correctly, but the added energy it adds to the performance is valuable. maybe it was a off night.
No board audio but you want money for your "HQ content"? How about giving us something worth paying for first. In the meantime I'll just go see PTH live.
I know this is insanely late in response but Mike is pretty damn good, I'm just not a massive fan of his drumming style as he does abuse DB triplets a bit too much

CONNOR1225 Letterman has had some in the past too
Conan had The Dillinger Escape Plan, so that might work..
Letterman had Mastodon twice, so anything is possible.
whitey211 WHAT? That's sick
Here's to Newfoundland!

Cameron Fischer You should come lol. Great little province we have here xD.
Everything about PTH is amazing!! Just wish Arif was still a part of it.

man these guys have come a long way,
The Bassist is pretty pro but I do miss Arif when acting and fully weeded :/ :D
first time ive seen LoL and PTH in the same page, and i loved it
HOLY FXCK! cannot wait for them to return to Dallas this year
Ha i was at this concert holy shit
Where is the HERO called Arif.

He sings the outro melody in the same way that Lauren Babic does in her cover
Is Cameron using Arif's Spector Basses? Or he has his own same model?
Crazy good sound compared to other videos. GG!
Videos of concerts should sound good imo, kind of defeats the purpose to have videos with crappy sound haha
Luke Hoskin is so awesome.
I too 'heart' fat doobies! haha
I hate when this song must be end
FAT SHACK

Board audio sounds sterile and lacks ambience, I personally can't stand live videos with direct audio but that's just me.
Cameron Fischer Sounds better if you mix it with a crowd / ambient mic. Having no on board audio makes it sound like reverb-slathered mush. :/
Unfortunately the soundboard at this particular venue is highly dated and has no mic or line level outputs to run into a camera.
I love protest. I just thinking their drummer is kinda weak live. Chris Adler should be laying it down. LOL
He was actually very good, this video doesn't do him justice. Drums are very hard to accurately capture with onboard camera mics.
