I can't agree with the point that malnutrition as a child can cause you to be ugly, simply for the fact that I grew up in a poor household by a single mum and probably had one of the worst diets you could have as a child (other than veganism) and I turned out to be a very attractive male with strong bone structure (probably in the top 5%-10%). Its rare that I see another man as attractive as me, but I'm from the uk so not too surprising I guess .😂 But I do agree that poor nutrition is the main factor for bad genetics, I just think it take many generations in most cases. My parents also gave birth to me at 16/17 years of age which helps. I would eat cereal and toast for breakfast (if i even got any), school issued free lunch of a basic sandwich, crisps etc and typically some variation of chips with beans and fish fingers or something for dinner.
It really depends, because Genetics work in a way of "Expression", in addition to their dormancy in the body and DNA. So the thing is, if someone has really good genetics, and is malnourished, you still may be able to see or agree to their genetics being good or even seeing desirable features, but the expression quality is diminished or maybe even distorted depending on how bad the malnourished is. Same thing can even be with someone 0b3se. Have you ever seen 0bese girls that you just know they are actually very attractive and that the only thing wrong is the weight and if they corrected it, everything else would come together!? I wouldn't agree with poor nutrition being the main factor for bad genetics, it has all to do with the genetics quality you inherit from your parents. For better or worse. However, certain dietary habits of parents can absolutely cause deterioration of genetic quality for the next generation they have of children.

Naturally, I mean if men live in nature they are some what muscular, you need to carry the animals or parts of it back home. Also you need to carry your equipment. I know this because I’m a hunter and fisherman myself. You won’t be a bodybuilder but you will hold quite a decent amount of muscles

It was more likely, that people ate the animal they caught "on the spot" and only carried the meatiest bits back to the family - if the family wasn't present.
Also...what "equipment" do you get in nature? A stone knife and a wooden bow - more likely a spear, that was used for marching too? You never carry much.
I imagine you hunt with a rifle, loads of equipment, have a car present, and you fish with a boat (good luck carrying that! muscle man!), and you only have to transport the animal, because you don't eat it raw on the spot - and you later prepare it at home, or maybe at a camp (fish, most likely)

Seems the "carrying of the rifle" and the "dragging the animal" would cause some muscle growth. I imagine, in nature, it was more so the work around shelter that caused muscle growth (i.e. preparing tree trunks, getting larger leaves and foliage to form a roof - stuff like that)

But there can also be people that will be jealous and hate you for the way you are and try to discredit your looks

In countries where over 90% of people are attractive, you'd find this is less and less of a problem and then it begins being about mate selection or choosing others on the basis of specific nuances and how they like that person. The only type of beautiful people that would likely be lacking confidence, is either if the person is a Pure Human living amongst a sea of NPC's, or if they live in a country that has significantly less attractive people where they live and grow up, and it becomes an expression of envy.

You don't understand biochemistry. You either consume less energy or you eat more energy and work out to use the energy. It's two simple options. You chose the latter.

@@GoatisReviews basically if you look at your face in this video, i had the same look, and bones were not visible. but after working out i now have hollow cheeks. couldnt achieve that even with a calorie deicit diet as i said. (and i eat real food only). I did that deficit for about half a year, and didnt work, body got skinny but still no face sttructure visible.
Just wanted to share my experience. Thats what helped me to get hollow cheeks. I also think working out reduced face puffines , moved the lymph and all that.

They might look at you weird and might even ask you to sign a waiver (saying they are not responsible if you get sick). Rarely get sick from blood assuming it’s from healthy animal. After consuming blood, most of your cells will regenerate and you would decrease chances of skin wrinkles making you look young and you will wake up feeling invigorated. No more coffee or energy drink. Blood is natural. Also it’s very hydrating. You wouldn’t want to look at water the same way again. If all else fails, move to country where it’s easy and accessible for fresh farm produces. I’m surprised restrictions are tight in Germany as European meat has better quality than the American ones (where I am)
