Nicely demonstrated with the easy to understand commentary. Suggestion...at the end of Shavasana when you get up from the ground ....it is safe to turn the body to the left or right and then get up with the support of the opposite hand palm on the ground...especially for the seniors. There is a good chance of getting a catch in the back if you get up straight as shown in the demo without any hand support.In fact that should be the habit to get up from the bed every time.
What should be the sequence of yogaasana and pranayama...Generally sivanamda sequence is as follows...,, Kapalbhati, naadishodhan,shavasana....Surya namskar , sirshasana, sarvaang, matsya, pashchimottan, bhujang, shalabh, ardhmatsendra,crane pose forwardbending,trikonasana,,,,In this video surya namskar is as taught in sivamanda Ashram classical,,,Generally we do fist starting with right finish with left and vise versa.
