I started practising with your videos since last 15 days. I used to do 108 Surya Namaskaras. Now I have taken a break from it and started doing yoga and pranayama by watching your videos. I feel so relaxed and 1 hour 30/40 minutes goes without any tiredness. In fact I’m thinking to practice again in evenings as you mentioned here. Because practicing with your videos are actually amazing. I’m so enthusiastic and always wait for the next day’s practice.
Arun sir..It feels good when you referred me as the student from Bangalore who does 60 min of yoga by watching " weight loss yoga" video. The instructions in the video are so clear and precise that it feels I am doing yoga in front of you. Thank you for your valuable guidance and for being a true master. 🙏🙏
Arun sir I m doing yoga, watching your series on ‘UA-cam’ back after Palampur retreat .Thank you for guidence . It helps me to get my good health again .
I practice 90 minutes yoga from you tube as per your directions !!! It is really good just I have not been consistent! Though I learnt Sivananda yoga at Gangtok from a very good teacher but our centre is not functional but I follow through you tube all your direction
Hari Om Arun ji, neat and logical explanation with so much clarity.I have been following vegan wholefood plant based lifestyle(no oil,no dairy, no animal products, no refined) and no looking back 😀 I always get caught up in A2 milk discussion in my yoga community. I really liked your explanation about not having the exit door. I will use that in future :) Great points! Thanks Raji
I have been following few yoga course on your you tube channel since many years now and they have give me the strenght to continue being active with yoga and meditation. I will try to make few change in my habit in order to reach a better healthy leaving life. Thank you so much for sharing.
I stumbled upon this masters video when covid struck! 2 years ago He is so good at his job. Knows exactly what to teach and keeps things to the point . Awesome sir .
Thank you for the excellent video sir. I disagree on few things. 1. Instead of Avoiding oil we can use less quantity. Avoid packaged cooking oils. But you can use cold pressed oils or A2 cow ghee made out of curd. If you don’t have access to these two then normal Amul or private companies ghee. Our organs health is also important. We need to give some healthy fat on daily basis for organ health, building hormones and cholesterol. Also, A2 cow ghee and buttermilk will boost weight loss.
Thank you for all your advises and beautiful video's. I would like to know for someone like me, who works on the night shift, what will be your advice?
Thank you very much for the video sir. Isn't calcium from milk essential? What are the other sources that you would recommend for women to build up calcium?
Too good Arun Ji, thank you for sharing the secrets. Is it okay to switch normal milk with almond/coconut milk and what’s about Chai as it is in our blood now? Is it okay to take green/Herbal tea in the morning? Thank you 🙏
Om from Miami and thank you for this simple talk to my over complicating mind during these complex times🙃 Only question is what if I don’t have a buddy, can the journal be enough? Otherwise I am ready to exchange current habits for better ones 🧘🏻♀️💗🕉
Thanks for a detailed secrets . Could you also advise/ explain what should one eats in lunch / dinner …. ( e.g. Roti, sabzi, dal, rice, etc) . Should wheat to be avoided?
Thank you so much for this very informative session. I have couple of questions, 1) what is the ideal time for practicing Yoga? 2) suppose say one wraps up dinner by 6 pm/ 6.30pm, it is okay to do a Yoga session after a gap of an hour or so , or just 30 mins of walking is the best ? Thank you much and gratitude for all the useful information that is shared. Good energies and vibes to you 🙏💖
Thank you for practicing with us and sharing your experience. Yoga is good to practice both in the morning or/and evening. It has different experience. In the morning, it is beneficial in stretching the muscles, improving the circulation and removing the tamas/inertia from the body before you begin your day. In the evening, it helps to remove the tiredness and tension which we accumulate throughout the days activity, both mentally and physically, and helps you to sleep better. Yes, if you finish your dinner early, then after a gap of 1.5-2 hours if you feel comfortable (not heavy from the food) you can practice yoga. Or even walking is good enough. You can practice yoga in the morning and walk in the evening after dinner, if losing weight is your goal. Hope this helps. Om Shanti
Thank you so much for the golden rules. Can we have milk after losing weight ? Or should we continue with the same pattern what we practise during weight loss program ? Pls advise
You can have little milk, there is no problem. But adults do not require a lot of milk anyway. Better to stay away from dairy products for overall good health. But maintaining a balance is the key to long term weight management and keeping all other diseases away.
Sir if we do 16 hour fasting for some time and after if we still eat something like snack (peanut)or half cup of milk and breakfast at 10 am does this still work for weight loss.I have done few classes with Namita ge and now doing weight loss series 6 clauses on your you tube channel.thanks
If you want to have a snack, better if it is something light. Not peanuts, they are very heavy to digest and high in calories as well. Fruit is okay. Even milk should be avoided.
@@SivanandaYogaCentreGurgaon in this session, Sir told us that you can take breaks and eat what you wish to and skip yoga once in a while.. so, I was asking about those breaks..
@@sanyamalani175 You can eat what you wish on all days, provided you keep the quantity in check, not eat late at night, and avoid using too much oil/ghee. If it is something which is oily/heavy/packaged, then your break can be once a week. Which basically means four times a month you can take a break from your routine. For the exercise part, minimum 3 times a week you should practice to see any kind of positive result. If you can practice more, that is great. Take a break again, once a week. So your body gets a break and you enjoy your practice once again when you get on the mat. It is also good to take a break from exercise during your menstruation, at least for the first 2-3 days.
I have a question regarding dinner, it's 6 pm because the sun goes down around that time, but I've been wondering lately, what If that sun goes down at 5pm here in Tel Aviv? should I try to push dinner back even further than 6 pm? Also what about summer, when the sun goes down at around 8? Namaste
it is good to have a simple routine, which is fixed. 6.00 pm is ideal, because it also gives rest to the digestive system for an adequate number of hours before your next meal the next morning. sunset is an approximate way of explaining an early dinner; in the northern countries sunset and sunrise are very different from the places near the equator..hope this reply helps..and it is fine to pull back dinner to 5.00 pm also, but not great to eat after 6.00 or 6.30 pm..for health reasons..for enjoyment, no rules apply!
I disagree to the approach of conveying! It’s all about a positive attitude and mindset, talk more on what you can have and not what you can’t. It’s difficult for a person to say yes and make up his / her mind .

Arun. Sir it is said as the vehicles require oil for lubricant machine. As our body also require oil where will we get it when we oil.
Yoga is the only way to loose the weight if you are doing it regularly and it’s byproduct of yoga with better health and calm mind !!

Thank you for listening Victoria. Yes, a journal is good too. It is basically to keep us on track, and to save us, from us!
😄 Om Shanti
It’s like an accountability partner. 😊
Can we have almond milk in the coffee or tea?
what are vegetarian protein options. I am already vegetarian so would like to know what we could have instead of paneer
Thanks for a detailed secrets . Could you also advise/ explain what should one eats in lunch / dinner …. ( e.g. Roti, sabzi, dal, rice, etc) . Should wheat to be avoided?
Include millets, natural rices and gluten free wheat. Use more naturally or organically grown ingredients to cook food

You can have some snack in 8 hour pEriod. But 16 hour fasting is strictly a fasting.
