As for the tests i'd say 65% of it is multiple choice because you have the Ten Basic Rules to write down and then the signs as well, i also recommend you just watch this video in full seeing that i got my license some 3 years ago and probably don't remember everything. I never went to a driving school so on that i don't know what tips i can give, unless you have any precise questions.
I'm not sure, I think they revise them but the ten basic rules always stay. The license comes out the same day, at least for me it did right after passing the driving tests.

Not all are multiple choice the ten basic rules u have to write on ur on and the road signs on ur on only general questions 10 multiple choice
