Master P interviews are always an instant click for me because he's so wise and always drops jewels. A true story on coming from nothing to being something. Awesome work by Stephen Jackson & Matt Barnes.
This was the first interview where I heard that Master P talked about how he got shocked when he was younger. He also spoke about how he used to tour with 2Pac! I learn something new every interview with him. Thanks for having him as a guest!
*Not one time did P mention hustling anything illegal. You think that’s cause he didn’t move weight when he was young or because he genuinely believes and lives what he says and is trying to affect the culture in a positive way? That’s a good man right there. Lives on selfless principles.*
Master P is a legend. You may not like his products, but please respect his hustle. This man has done what most of you could only dream of so stop trying to insult him and appreciate. Y’all damn silly azz new age kids
I grew up in Oakland watching P in Richmond and hooping at Merritt College. As he blew up, I have always considered him one of our own. I love him and his inspirational story. Bout It, Bout It!
Grew up with P… 42 yes old now. Incredibly inspirational!! Felt like I was listening to a sermon…bout to go to work and get that bread he was referring to! 🙂
Man this the realest interview I watched on UA-cam no lie p is the truth giving us game everytime I been listening to p since I was ten years old real legendary
*You ain't a hustler from the hood if you ain't cut no grass, shovel snow, helped with groceries in front the store, sell some candy, a t-shirt or something LEGAL*
Exactly. Been making money since 8. Couple dollars even from change on a sidewalk bought a big bag of small candies and sell it to other kids piece by piece. They have change from lunch, I got profit. Only issue was getting in trouble.
Dope Interview Master P Is One Of My Favorite Rappers And BusinessMan Of All Time He Put Da Boot Louisiana On The Map For Louisiana Hip Hop Hes Always Been A Real Humble Man Salute To Master P
Another dope interview fellas and another great interview by P. He is the epitome of the word entrepreneur. I always respected his grind whether its been in a music space, movie space, and a business space. Hes very intelligent hes always dropping jewels that will always reasonate to people and their situations. Im glad P is where he is and still winning he should be. Dope interview fellas i didnt know he knew Matt and Stak the way he did they go back some years. This is why i fucks with your show and havent missed an episode yet. Cant wait until next week.
I love the overall hustle. But P just make shit just to make it. If he actually gaf about the quality of any of these products, ppl may feel more secure to actually wanna support it
Why every time we do something it always got to be viewed as getting a bag or a hustle ?! It’s a lot of brands in store that I don’t necessarily like. But, in a billion dollar industry somebody like it. You haven’t even tried all his products because most of it isn’t even out. This can’t be nothing but self hate and this is why we don’t own or control anything. We quit to shoot it down. I seen black folks do the same about Patti LaBelle Pies but yet to say anything about Sara Lee. Well, black folks can bash and not support. It doesn’t stop other cultures for spending with P. Because if it’s in stores somebody will buy it.
God gifted. Love the education through real experience and sharing his understanding and knowledge. Encouraging and investing in our ability. Thank you Percy Miller.
It ain’t even the hustle. It’s just the shit he tryna do for me. Especially for the kids. A man in his position should always teach. Ain’t one interview I miss. Love learning from you P. Love what you stand for.
Serial entrepreneur! I hope the documentary clarifies his hoop journey. Mr independent record deal is really insightful! Make em say Uuuhhuu-tra-preneur!
Im Freedom the Kottsa aka Short Circuit of No Limit East....this man talked a gun out of my hand, and sugned my sons to No Limit as the Lil Soldiers.Maater P gave the game as we see it today, and still hasnt got his flowers.. smh..lets go Colonel
Even though Master P aka Percy Miller is not active in the entertainment business; he still owns the no limit records Brand. He has invested in other businesses to diversify his portfolio. The food and product is booming. Product definitely outweighs talent for creating legitimate generational wealth. Great video.
Let people know you can walk into a large chain and request a food. They will bring in and stock at least a box of it, then if it keeps selling order more.
Around 24 min mark, he said he got shocked while listening to RUN DMC at 5yrs old. Hmm 🤔 P was born in 1970, I didn’t know RUN DMC was out in 1975😂😂😂. Im weak af!!!
36:43 WOW. thanks for bringing up DANGEROUS DAME! he was supposed to be one of our biggest rap-stars to come out of oakland during that time.. apparently, someone slipped something in his drink at a party in richmond, and that messed up his cognitive skills... last time i heard, he's still around in the deep, posted around the block rapping from time to time. shoutout to Master P for shouting him out!
