I tried the same . The result was fantastic. When I first tried the dish b4 watching ur video the output was like badam barfi . I tried the dish as you instructed . It came out really well . The major difference compared to the other video is you used a ordinary vessel type but in other videos they have used nonstick vessel . I don't have nonstick vessel so your video was very helpful to me . Also u have clearly explained what is the correct state to switch off the burner. Thanks a lot Revathi aunty
Exactly same I watched not to mention madras samayal I came like badam barfi but this channel the exact explanation as to when to switch off the burner was efficiently explained most of the channels dont reveal these secrets hats off to mam fir being genuine

I am supposed to make this very well.But I add extra sugar. Moreover, I have found making.ilam kambipaagu and mixing the ground paste and ghee easier. Earlier I used to mix sugar and paste and gradually add ghee to it.But adipidikkum vaippu.was very heavy. Thanks for the demo! May God keep you in great health and keep your family well. I soaked in milk and used it. The color was beautiful. I added a pinch of turmeric too. No smell of turmeric in Halwa.
