- How to make Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies stuffed with gooey Nutella without eggs!! This cookie dough is easy and made with few ingredients like delicious chocolate chips! This recipe makes very soft cookies with slightly crispy edges.
I made this Eggless version because you asked me for it after you loved my Chocolate Chip Nutella Cookies with eggs. The resluts of this eggless cookies is the same to the egg ones: they taste the same!
The Nutella filling stay soft, creamy and gooey for a lot of days after you bake them! No one could resist to this Nutella Cookies!

decided to do this recipe without the nutella and it was really good, and if anyone wanna do this recipe then i recommend adding a little bit of cinnamon to the mixtures (atleast 1 tsp), the cinnamon added alot more flavor to the cookies and they tasted divine

Hi Lalita! You can use chocolate for the filling instead of Nutella, but no, the result won't be the same. Nutella stay creamy when the cookies will cool down, chocolate become hard when the cookies will cool down. They will be delicious, but they won't have a creamy filling like Nutella :) much love

But if you refrigerate them before baking and keep distance between the cookies (as you can see in the video) they don't over spread while baking :) you can read tips and instructions in the infobox under the video. Awesome recipe!! Have a quick question, can we stuff the nutella and freeze the cookies for later use?
Hello Anitha! You can freeze your filled cookie balls and directly bake them from the freezer, but probably you will have to bake it for few minutes more :) consider that you can keep your cookies 2 days in refrigerator before bake it, and about 3 months in freezer. Let me know! Hugs

I have a question! The paper you used on baking tray is a must or optional? I have a non stick tray
Hi Rakshanda! A non stick baking tray would work well...but I always suggest to cover your tray with parchment paper, your tray will last more and you'll be certain that your cookies will easily remove from the pan. Let me know when you try them out! Much love

That's exactly the point.. in today's fast world ...ppl want things fast ...no doubt recipe is nice ...but time management or rather editing is bad which is why the vedio looks elongated... especially at the very start .. almost a minute wasted only angling the cookies from every possible dimension ... metaphorical to a scenario where best chef is cooking on n on ...but d customer out of hunger filled his stomach with an alternative mediocre as d exotic never arrived to his/her plate on time ...thats my anology ...sry if that's too direct or offensive ...not intended thoh ...all d best ...cheers :)

Hey Valentina ! The cookies look so perfect and appealing. By the way, can we melt dark chocolate and then freeze them as balls; then use them in the place of nutella ? will it work too? And thanks a lot for such a great recipe.....
Hi Priya! Thank you :) If you want to use chocolate instead of Nutella, you don't need to melt and freeze it, you can just place a piece of hard chocolate in the center of the cookie balls. But you have to consider that when the cookies will cool down after you bake them, the chocolate will become hard and won't stay creamy like Nutella! Let me know if you try it, much love

Hi Kanksha! I don't use microwave except when I explicitly mention it. For these cookies I used an electric fan oven with upper and lower heat. Let me know when you try them out and send me a picture on Instagram! Much love and Happy Holiday
