Just wanted to say I got the Manta Sleep mask (slim) and I love it for anyone who's questioning! It does sometimes come off in the night but I love how I can't feel it on my eyes and it makes it totally black while I'm trying to fall asleep. I'm sure I could make it tighter and it would stay on the whole night but I mostly use it for falling asleep while I have a migraine!

Eyelash tip from a fellow eyelash dropper haha- use waterproof! It doesn’t weight them down as much. Maybelline waterproof full and soft is so good and keeps them lifted :)

Try waterproof mascara my eyelashes always fall down with regular mascara and I switched to waterproof and it’s worked wonders

Maybe go to another perming place, your eyelashes could be very delicate like my sisters, we went to this same please used the same product but her eyelashes burnt and fell off while mine actually needed more product and harsher cause mine are too thick I guess, so she went to this more private place with a really healing kinds of perming and delicate perming with a lot of nourishing oils as well, it permed and restored her lashes. Meanwhile I went there as well and it just didn’t work for me cause I need like harsher chemicals. So just try looking elsewhere for different perms

Here in japan when you do eyelash perm, you shouldn’t use eyelash curler cuz it’ll make the perm last shorter and it will really break your eyelashes
