Good numbers Nick. Don't worry about VICI and CVX. I expect oil/gas and REITs to improve towards the mid/end of year. I was surprised by MAIN's simply safe score, but they're still solid. Keep up the progress and keep investing!
Nick, would really love to hear a few seconds of your thoughts on each holding. Which you see improving, which you think have over-performed, which you are considering moving on from, etc. The numbers recap is great, but realistically, we could see that for ourselves with a screenshot of your spreadsheet, lol. Really appreciate your content!!
I would like to see you share your total return (total stock growth or decline and total dividends received). I know in my portfolio I have some stocks that are slow growers but when you factor in dividends the total return is a lot more attractive. Also would like to see how you approach reinvesting dividends (invest in source or another opportunity stock)

The S&P500 is UP about +20% over TTM - Trailing 12 Months. Yet, this account is UP only +10% ??? For all the work, how is this portfolio any benefit, when you are so far behind the Market? This proves that ... *Total* *Returns* greatly outperforms a portfolio that emphasizes "Dividend Yield" .
Different goals. If a one million dollar growth portfolio is more your speed, then hey more power to you. If a 1 million portfolio with a 4% yield is more our speed, let us enjoy things.
@@DivGrowthIncome nice! Have you ever checked out American Water Works? Also outperforming the S&P500 and has strong dividend growth. Thinking about buying 10 shares aswell there.
@@TheBigShort11 @divGrowthIncome have you guys ever checked out American Water works? Looks cheap aswell, outperforming the S&P500 + strong dividend growth.
I like the mix of ETFs and individual stocks. Great job Nick
me too, appreciate it.
Buying ROCHE and more ADC this week for sure
Mastercard is underated 💵

Yea in the meantime I will be buying more of both as I see them as core positions in the fund. Thanks for watching.
Definitely will bounce back. I've been swipping up both VICI and CVX as definitely a bargain rn.
I was thinking of selling my Vz & T and putting it into comcast. Would you make that choice. Can you make a video on comcast?
I talked about Comcast in a bit in a recent video. Think its Stock #3 in this vid from last week: ua-cam.com/video/n_SNuG9DJzs/v-deo.html

Too many companies I think maybe you should concentrate more. Awesome content btw👌🏽Thanks for your transparency
Nice job on your portfolio Nick... Great stock picks... ThanX for sharing....
You bet
Did you create your own spreadsheets or purchase them? They are excellent
I make them. thank you!
@@DivGrowthIncome Well done. Fantastic.
Looks like a solid portfolio. How do you keep up with all of these positions?
Running a UA-cam channel as a side hustle about my portfolio helps ;)
FIRST (also huge fan, man 🙌)
thank you brother!
Keep it simple with a few etfs and maybe 5 or less individual stocks. AVOID OVERLAP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

In this portfolio, everything is DRIP at the moment. Thanks for watching.
Fantastic portfolio brother
Appreciate it!
Very good job. Thank You for this video
Thanks for sharing, your videos are very helpful!
Glad to hear it
Nice portfolio, you have quality stocks! Which positions are you leaning towards cutting, and why?
Thank you! I've cut the ones I want to cut so making further cuts would be difficult decisions. But I'll definitely keep you guys in the loop on this.
@@DivGrowthIncome are you planning on buying new stocks, or loading up on positions you already own?
What did you cut?
How are you taxed on MDT?

Nick u wont be able to beat the sp500, but i know its not ur goal

I'm not emphasizing dividend yield, but dividend growth. Nor is a 12-16 month period enough time to judge a successful investment.

The best dividend paying that you have is MAIN.
its definitely my highest yielder. more income, less growth. I am glad its in the portfolio.
Snap-on looks cheap right now. Only a 13 PE Ratio after the recent drop. Ill buy 5 or 6 shares tomorrow 😎😎🫡
video coming on this!

Snap On has always been cheap, its not fastenal. I have 2000 shares of Snap On since 10 years
