Yes. I come from construction industry. Development in the Philippines is very fast!! Usually in one project it would take 3 to 5 years to complete. But many projects had been handed over. It only means it’s a fast track.

I've been around for decades and I've seen presidents go by. I must honestly say that Duterte's administration is different, in a positive way. Of course there are downsides, lahat naman ng administrations meron, pero his was the presidency na parang within reach sa mga mamamayan. After 10yrs lahat tayo makikinabang sa lahat ng infrastructure, maraming mga investor ang papasok sa bansa. Maraming mga dahilan kung kaya Di tayo umuusad dahil pagkatapos ni Marcos, wala ng pinagawang mga bridges, trains, highways, at airports. Napaka importante talaga ng mga leaders sa isang bansa. And given his old age, and a lot of drawbacks during his term (pandemic, marawi siege, typhoons, etc) - He definitely achieved this Build, Build, Build Project. Not to mention a non-working VP who did not even help him in his endeavors/projects. Against all odds, he has achieved a lot for us.
