To everyone in the comments that are saying *UI Goku would one shot Frieza* Yes, technically UI Goku could, but remember, Goku is not the type of person to want to "Kill someone". Plus this alternate version of UI Goku (Namek Saga) is astronomically weaker than T.O.P Goku so this UI Goku wouldn't necessarily one shot Frieza, even if he wanted to... And Even if he did, this Goku wouldn't actually kill Frieza. If it was T.O.P Goku, it would be a different story. Yeah, UI would give Namek Goku a Power boost (Even though it's not a Multiplier) but only by a slight amount. Also I can't see that Goku would one shot Frieza because as it was shown and stated in the video, when Goku got hit by his own spirit bomb *IT WASN'T COMPLETE* . and on top of that he was already weakened when he used Kaio-Ken X10 and 20. Most importantly, this Goku didn't meet and train with Beerus and Whis so he wouldn't have the knowledge of God Ki, let alone have it at his arsonal. Besides, if Namek Goku did go UI it wouldn't last as long as it did against Jiren because the thing about that is even though you don't need God Ki to achieve UI (Roshi briefly did it against Jiren as it was shown in the Manga), We could argue that with God Ki, DBS Goku had potentially amplified his power in his UI state.
To be fair, ultra instinct Goku was a much older and more experienced form of Goku. Ultra instinct isn’t necessarily giving him more power, it’s giving him enough presence to know how to move in every situation without thinking about it. So I think it’s fair for the Goku who fought Frieza the first time to be weaker in ui than top Goku would be. This is probably how the fight would have ended
