I had a very bad experience in ulwe, all the villagers are resided over here, and kind off Gundagardi they are doing, I personally suggest think 100 times before planning to shift in Ulwe.
Every city of mumbai has local people and every city was once a village. It's unfortunate that you had to go through the ordeal. However, bad people are everywhere, we can't judge a city by few bad people, if we can't judge it by many good people. : )

Ulwe is definitely the hotspot of Navi Mumbai however the pricing has gone up so rapidly that it has become difficult to find good properties in Ulwe. Every developer is quoting damn high with really poor floor plan and overall built up space.
Along with airport, there is SEALINK(you will reach mumbai in 30mins), Coastal Road (Palm beach road), BKC like commercial zone, moreover, all properties in ulwe are nearby stations. No city has this facility. All these have made the prices sore.

Hi, Every new place has to go under construction phase with lot of renovations. A city can't be developed without people. Mumbai was set up like that and so is ulwe going through same phase.

Every new construction needs road for transportation, hence chances are that current roads will have to go through renovation every year or some span of time until all the necessary development sites are not built. Moreover, investors like you who can see the future only invest in cities like ulwe cause they know what can be future prices as we can see the future projects down the line, excluding work halt cause of pandemic corona.

Is buying a property in sector 24 and 25 of ulwe safe? Because it says they are earmarked for proposed rehabilitation scheme of proposed Navi Mumbai Int Airport project..
We don't suggest people to go into sec-24,25 as of now because mostly, there are 50/50 Projects, that creates problematic future of the property itself and of course rehabilitation of local/native people have been proposed there.

Safety concern arose cause of vacant area or street light which most probably is being checked on by the CIDCO authorities. It's a new place. Every new place sometime seem to be unsafe to some and there is no harm in checking on prevention for yourself. However, we suggest you to connect with us to sort out your issues.
