  • The Scariest thing is losing your pet or your pet going missing. More of a story time video today.
    Long term goals.
    Weight around 75kg
    10 chin ups in a row
    5 pull ups in a row
    20 full press ups in a row
    Short Term Goals
    Get below 95kg (My comfy/confident weight)
    3 chin ups in a row
    1 pull up
    1 full press up
    Frog stand 5 seconds
    Handstand against wall
    Deep Squat
    5km run non stop
    handstand for 10 secs
    Front Splits
    Box Splits
    Improved Cobra and Bridge bend
    L-Sit
    Frog stand for over 10 secs
    1 muscle up by end of 2025
    Run Half Marathon

      It was terrifying at the time. They're specially trained to fly outdoors unrestrained and come back when called so when she had clearly became lost and we couldn't find her, and she couldn't work out how to get back, plus it was magpie nesting season, we were distraught fir that night

      @@ashjvlogs yeah i can imagine! Such a weird thing with the echo as well, who would have thought! My cat was gone for three days once and I walked all over the village to find him. Ended up finding him where I'd already looked the first day (the neighbour's) with his head stuck in a cat food tin...

      @MaikaRose the echo surprised me too. But now knowing it, it's helped me locate missing dogs too. They always seem to end up in places you've already looked

      @@ashjvlogs I'm just glad you found her, and that your training did really do what it was supposed to, even if it confused both of you to not know where to go. Can she not fly very high? I would have thought you can get an oversight better if you fly higher. I don't know anything about parrots though

      @MaikaRose she can fly high but they are a canopy species and prefer yo be under the cover of trees. Being out in open sky's can be scary for them
