i lost a lot of thickness due to heat damage and when it was thick and voluminous, I didn't know how to help my curly hair...I wish I could turn back time and have it looking like urs!!
That happened to me too & I just ended up doing the big chop, I heard aloe Vera is good for getting your hair thick & long too

Biotin helped me recover the thickness of my hair, definitely recommended trying it! And as with all vitamins, be sure to drink enough water with it
Try rice water rinses! That helps with growth too

i have the same exact hair type as ur hair and i’m also dominican, klk but besides that i’ve been struggling. i just have one question, can one product make ur hair results look like urs? like what if i just use curl defining cream.. do u think the results would look like urs? (anyone can answer) oh and i think ur hair is goals😩.
Klk! Lmao but I think you’re good just using one product tbh I use anything on my hair, most of the time I just put conditioner and I’m good to go, you don’t have to use multiple products.
this is suuuper late but i would incorporate at least a gel or a product with hold so ur curls stay fresh for longer but otherwise just one curl cream is fine

@@NaomyLuna alright thank you. We have the same hair texture but for some reason I cant seam to manage my hair and its curls. Do you have any tips for that. Also you have really long hair. Do you also have any hair growth tips?
Saida G i think you should try to look into products that would help you do your hair, Ik before I didn’t like big hair so that made it harder for me to do my hair or like it, but you honestly just have to accept that that’s just how your hair is & you can’t really do nothing about that. As in for hair growth just don’t cut it, constantly use oils, do protective hairstyles & do hair masks :)

TheReallRosee thank you! & no it can’t, not even for one day. That’s why I like to use it when I wash my hair bc it doesn’t make my hair hard or anything.

I put like sooo little product (using the shea moisture smoothie) and my hair looks "greasy" or like too weighted down and If i use less it's as if I didn't put anything and I don't know what to do :'((. My hair looks kinda like yours but maybe my strands are too fine for that product, and I don't have a choice as it was so hard to get it in the first place and there's no way I can find any other good one. Has anyone ever tried it and understood how to work with it on fine hair? I'm really lost :(
I say just try to use products that are not thick, that's what I try to do for my hair because I did noticed that my hair don't have a lot of volume if I use a lot of products or if the products are thick.

Thank you & I don’t think so, I only use it to detangle my hair, not to make it tight really, if that makes sense.

Why not?
It has sulfates in it, these Sulfates dry out curly hair and cause dandruff and frizzy hair after using it for a while. I used Pantene all the time and had color, had to cut my hair off

Some people never have issues with sulfates. I have curly hair and have used shampoos with sulfates for several years. Never had dandruff or any issues. I think people who tend to use more styling products or who oil their scalp like to use sulfate shampoos because it makes their hair and scalp cleaner by using only one wash (or less shampoo than they'd have to use if it were a sulfate free shampoo).
