Catch and Cook Catfish: Ginataan Pantat Recipe | Improvised Fishing Rig in the Philippines

On our family vacation in the Philippines, we explored a nearby pond stocked with catfish. I crafted a makeshift fishing setup using a plastic bag as a float indicator and a ceramic lightbulb holder as a sinker. Together, we successfully caught eleven catfish. Later, we cooked the fish by deep frying and then stewing them in coconut milk, garlic, onions, ginger, and peppers.
