I have been a chef for 45 years and it's similar, cutting things requires expertise and the right tool for the job. A lot of those guys are using too much force and no fluidity in their movements.
You guys might be right for few things. Cutting one or two of these could be done easily with proper movement but if you wet to cut like five of them you actually need explosive power.
這完全就靠技巧、熟練度以及刀刃特性,不是大力就能出奇蹟,所以實際上沒有看上去那樣單純,以為只要揮揮刀就能輕易斬斷,有時速度太快但是砍到的角度偏差太大,刀刃反倒會被彈開而失誤。
