Tutorial on making a cheaper Football Jersey display.

An interesting alternative display for your football Jesey's. I have been looking at jersey frames and i just didn't like them. So I came up with an alternative, this method gives you a 360-degree option and is especially great if you don't want a full size mannequin in the Way. The Con to this setup is the jersey is exposed to the elements of the room. However it looks great and will be a great conversation piece. How Did you do that? That what just about everyone has asked.
