It feels like a resine. I don't quite know how describe it. If you have felt any of the Hasbro helmets, it doesn't feel like them. But you also have the feeling of a painted surface as well.

I noticed some are lighter than others, I think it depends on when they are pouring them. Every helmet will be different in weight. Its a Con for sure, but they are being hand made.

The helmet is from SamoilovART. I don't have a 3d printer. Always wanted one tho!! It's definitely something I'd like to invest in.

Also to with this method, if you have a heavy helmet and mount bracket into the stud. It's not going anywhere!!

True some PLA will not work even if printed in right orientation for something heavy. But if you don't have 3d printer yea will not help. For your first 3d printer try to get one that will just print nicely out of the box try to aim for something good at <$200. Just printed out a clone commando one for 130hrs of printing just needs some Bondo Glazing and Spot Putty some sanding and a bit of Flat White Primer from Rust-Oleum. But buying the helmets is well worth it for how much trouble it is to make them but making them yourself is another joy.Truly your creation@@thedrunkenspeartabletopgameing

Absolutely!!! The detail is so good on these helmets.

Both are Such awesome helmets! I felt the same way liking the pase 1 realistic. However, when i got the animated phase 1 I started to like it a little more. In person and hanging on the wall the animated looks better. When it sits flat like in the video, gives it a weird look.

Details on it are good, the breathing sounds good. The voice changer would be cool However I was disappointed with the stormtrooper and clonetrooper voice changer. If they improved it, that would be awesome!

Highly recommend their helmets!! Worth every penny. This was a feature on my cell phone where the camera is supposed to auto focus on you. Definitely don't think I'll be using that feature again 😂 Thanks for watching!!

Yeah, I had the idea for this video when I got my first order storm trooper helmet and tried getting a proper cheek weld with my white Steyr Aug which everyone dubs the star wars gun....these helmets make it impossible! You have to hold the rifle way out in front of you and basically shoot offhand in an awkward position. But that would be the challenge! Trying your best marksmanship wearing one of these!

Yes!! We definitely try to. We have talked about getting our followers involved and actually playing with them. Right now with our lack of internet playing live is not possible. However we can play with them via cell phone audio only no video at this time. We are unsure if anyone would be interested in doing so. If you have any feedback or input we would love to hear it. @thedrunkenspeartabletopgameing actually I'm a firearms enthusiast as well as a star wars helmet collector (hasbro black series) I currently have the first order stormtrooper, deathwatch mandalorian, artillery stormtrooper, scout biker and a phase 2 clone trooper helmet (which should arrive at my door today or tomorrow) anyways, I saw your short video of your friend shooting a tavor, and I myself have a white steyr snow ghost Aug, Hk SP5, PWS MK116 AR, FNPS90 and a desert tech MDR fde chambered in .308. I tried contacting Matt of demolition ranch as well as GarandThumb, but they didn't respond on UA-cam or Facebook. My idea was to test marksmanship of various rifles, while wearing the different star wars helmets (which completely interfere with a proper cheek weld) it would be just a fun video to make, and we'd be forced to shoot off hand holding rifles up and forward while wearing S.W. helmets. I don't have a youtube channel, and I doubt any of my local friends would want to help make such a video, much less wear any of my s.w. helmets, as I've custom cut padding for the inside for my head. But I searched youtube and so far, absolutely nobody has made a fun video trying their marksmanship with real guns (pistols would be too easy w/ no cheek weld requirement) while wearing s.w. helmets. I reside in N. Idaho, and I'm guessing you're in a completely different state?

I love the weathering!! Looks like it's been through some hard fought battles and deployed for a long time on a planet. I must admit sometimes it's a bit over done on some of them.
