Good job! Hey, a first aid kit, a headlamp, knee pads, a compact mechanics tool set, a quality spray bottle and AAA (for yourself 😜) are a definite must. Lastly, elaborate some more on how you acquire your customers. ✌🏼✊🏼
I carry an assortment of screws as well. If its not too far for them to travel and the spare is not good or something you can screw one in the tire and air it us. With the right size it will be a slow leak and you can follow then to the tire store. Good explonation and list of stuff.
Thank you for the info. I’ve been on the fence about starting a roadside assistance business as part time and then eventually making it full time. I’m pretty knowledgeable on the 4 topics you discussed. My 2 biggest fears are the steps to making it a legitimate business and capitalizing on the market for potential growth.
@@roadsidegenius What about calls? Will big companies like AAA be working along side us and handing down calls that will take longer for them to get to?

Thanks for making this video. I’m a simple guy trying to start something for himself. This is helping me out huge . I’ll do my best to pass it forward 😉😎
I love JNC the only jump box I use. Testing the battery pretty much sells itself too. Every time I show the customer my tester and that the battery needs to be replaced the 1st question out of their mouths are, do you replace batteries? Why yes I do😉. Great video man. Just one thing, Do you have a Master spline locking lugnut removing kit? That's another huge problem I run across often. People buying used vehicles with splined locking lug nuts for aftermarket rims that didn't come with the spline socket. Or they lose the spline socket themselves, Either way that kit has saved me tremendously.. If you don't have one I highly recommend it.
Where’s those knee pads at and first aid kits that ground is painful also don’t forget the cones for safety great video as are all of them started because of a video i saw a few years back from you

Another thing I would add is a piece of 1 1/2inch pipe about 3' long for the really tough lug nuts. Either for use on your 4 way or your breaker bar.

Pluging a cable from lighter to a Battery operated junp box does not save memory you need to have a car memory tool that plugs into obd port
Exactly.

Why carry two jacks, it makes no sense. When you can just carry one 3 ton jack that will lift all vehicles. and save some room in your ride.
Well, I offer Mobile Tire services and sometimes I have to leave a jack on site and sometimes the view customers vehicles on the ground and there’s no room for a 3 ton
Because everything is subject to fail, particularly jacks are the most used tool in roadside assistance, it is HIGHLY ESSENTIAL.
