Once reviled, bats have enjoyed a remarkable image do-over thanks to Bat Conservation International (BCI). Bracken Cave in Central Texas is home to the largest colony of bats in the word, and BCI and The Nature Conservancy have worked together to protect this awe-inspiring natural treasure.
Saving the Kemp’s Ridley - 16:18
Human activity has taken the Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle to the brink of extinction. For nearly half a century, biologists from state and federal agencies have worked together with an army of volunteers to help preserve this rarest species of sea turtle.
