Back in my days. I used to remove the car "cover" to reduce the weight. It would go faster and more play time bcz the load on the motor was reduced. Good times.
Does anybody know how wheel adjusting spring (it is controlled by white handle on the bottom to adjust straight drive) is installed in this type of car?
my guess is yes. I bought a similar car today. looks great... but is terrible as an rc. time to gut it, find a way to install a micro brushless esc motor combo, increase the turn radius and install a better steering servo, and fit it with a receiver. I hope to run it off a small lipo or nickel metal

Rectilinear motions are governed by different frequencies but, how in the world do you change direction of the wheels even infinitesimally ?
