I have Netherite gear with max enchantments
The shield doesn't work because Mojang says the Warden is not meant to be killed

@@arneshpal7702 Its only purpose is to make force the player to stay quiet or use wool lol. It only exists to make the place much harder to loot. Withers don't guard anything so they have a good drop. Meanwhile Ender Dragons protect the endgame portal and end city loot, same deal here, with some flashy cosmetics added into the drops.

Warden is not a boss or mini-boss. It's just a mob that recommended you to avoid instead of fight.

To be fair, Deep Dark Biome is similar to Mooshroom Biome. They don't spawn mobs within the Biome unless there are Spawners. This makes Deep Dark Biome a challenge for someone who wants a Cave Base completely in the darkness.

The point is to not kill the warden. All it drops is skulk catalysts which r one of the most common things u can find in the deep dark. It's not supposed to be killed. Mojang made it near unkillable. 500 health points without a boss bar. It has a ranged attack and melee. The ranged one is 2 hit and goes through all armor, even enchanted, and shields. I don't remember the parameters of the melee one but its super hard to escape. Has the reach of an iron golem. U have to use the swift sneak from the ancient cities to escape him. That's the point of the new enchantment. And u can only survive him finding u by eating enchanted golden apples which is y u find so many there. If u sneak through the whole city and never summon him, u can walk away with at least 1, maybe 4 EGapples (I got out with 4 without summoning him once even tho mobs were spawning everywhere in the city). If u do summon him, u may need to eat all the EGapples u've gathered to escape. That's the goal here. Get the loot then escape. U get a recovery compass so if u do summon him, u can find ur stuff after u die. U get the egapples to help with escape as well as swift sneak to help not summon him in the first place. He doesn't take fire damage and might not take freezing damage either, that's currently an unknown for me but I might test it later now that it's come to mind. I literally went into creative mode and had it fight a wither in a 6 tall room that was supper wide and it managed to get the wither 2 half health. They were full on fighting eachother. The warden could only hit it with sonic booms and still got it to half health exactly as he died. When I had them fight in a 3 tall room, the warden killed the wither n even survived the withering effect cuz he melee'd it. He even went around and killed the summoned wither skeletons afterward just to show off. I had to /kill him. This one is meant to be left alone. The skulk catalyst, i personally think, was given as his drop purely for the lore. As well as so the technical community could gain something from their inevitable farms. A worthless farm but u still get an item. It's just an item u can get pretty much anywhere else in the biome. Including as chest loot in ancient cities.
TL;DR: don't f with him. Mojang designed him so u practice avoiding, not more pvp.
Exactly. The warden is the first mob that Mojang made, explicitly saying that this mob "Is meant to not be killed, but to be avoided". While the wither and dragon test your agility in offense, the warden tests your stealth abilities.

Once you completely disarmed every Shriekers, your reward is a [Light Level 0] Cave Biome where no mobs can ever spawn, except for the Mob Spawners.

Simply Sarc made a "tutorial" video how to disarm the Shriekers.
Xisumavoid made a number of "test run" videos as Mojang made snapshots leading to every update releases.

Grian and Mumbo Jumbo are my initiators to Minecraft. Almost all members of the HermitCraft Server are on my lists of choices. Andyisyoda is another choice especially his 5x5 builds. It is inline with my build style although mine is usually 13x13 and 17x17. His 5x5 building style made me able to make builds of higher intricacy than before. Simply Sarc is kind of okay.

Hi jimmy, i love your videos but i don't know if you know, but you're advertising a HORROR movie on your channel. now this has affected me somewhat, however, i dread to think what it's like for your younger viewers, this is by no means an assault of any sort and i know you'll probably not see this, but i thought it would be the right thing to tell you in case you didn't realise.
Mojang just responded to the part of the Minecraft community who said that the game is getting easier. And their response is to make an unbeatable (yet avoidable) mob.

@@ice_bead Probably? Probably not? Everyone has their own experiences. The clip might have given op a trigger. Cinemas/Movie Theaters triggers the scare that I had the first time I went into one of those when I was a kid, and probably a major factor of why I almost never watch movies, or if ever I watch one, I'll watch in the comfort of my room.
You can never tell how small things can trigger someone in a huge way. People with PTSD can attest to that.
@@drag0nblight i'm not talking about the warden! I don't know if you would have seen it, but it's an advert for a thing called "shudder" and i personally have been seeing it a LOT on channels kids watch, which concerns me.
i can't imagine jimmy wanting to advertise it on his channel, but i don't know how the advertising works on youtube,(as my channel is not large enough for me to put ads on it yet!) but i just hope this hasn't upset anyone,

UA-camrs probably has no control over that. I have seen femine product ads on a Minecraft video which doesn't makes sense. One, the account owner is a male, two, it is a brand that is probably not even known for most part of the world.
My conclusion will be that UA-cam selects randomly from a selection where each options are known in your part of the world.
You have to do the same method as killing iron golems to kill this guy. He is seriously strong.

@@fumuso As per Cubfan135 1.19 survival guide, you can pillar up and stuck yourself in a cobweb with at least 2 notch apples.
Not gonna try. I'll just dismantle all of those Shriekers and claim the biome.
@@haokyeomkwan that is to prevent the serious knockback you recieve with the sonic boom, so you can keep hitting him
The God apples are for resistance and regeneration. If you don't have any, you need to tower up 18-20 blocks away from the warden to prevent its ranged attack, and then basically any noob can now it to death.
To kill him, just have an iron golem and an iron pack to repair him
