I watch this guy a lot it doesn't really talk to his patients to comfort them and I don't want to look like you're going through a lot of pain when he's doing his procedure I would never go to him

I think you get gastroscopy, which they give you anesthesia before doing that, but in some cases like endoscopy in nose they don't give anesthesia,
