Alternatively you can drive to our warehouse and pick them up. I call customer support they promise I can get compensated for the travel cost (I am in another country). So I go get my bags, spending 5-6h hours driving. Raise the expense claim for clothes + travel Reply from Finnair: Sorry we can maximum provide 50 euro per day, since YOU GOT YOUR BAGS BACK THE NEXT DAY! you get 100 euro. This doesnt even cover my travel cost! lol. Absolute dogshit company. Will never fly with you again :)
