Save yourself the 12minutes. You don’t actually need to know anything of these before going into a cold stone. It’s just talking about the history of goldstone and what you can add to your ice cream. you can order large batches to take home with custom toppings. And the stuff there is really fat. You can get custom cakes there.
My wife and I managed a few cold stone stores, the ice cream has a higher fat content than any other ice cream which makes it creamier than any other. That’s about it.

I love Cold Stone it’s my favorite ice cream place. I love the texture of the ice cream and that I have the choice to add my own toppings if I wanted it. Usually the ice cream already have nuts which I’m allergic to so this is perfect 🥰

Mix in done in front of you on marble slabs. Steve's sold out to some big company and now you can buy pints in the grocery store. Never the same.
Next time you travel see if there's a cold Stone along the way or at your destination, and try the sweet cream ice cream, I'd say even without anything in it. Delicious. They let you sample any of the flavors too. My favorite is the sweet cream, cake batter, and oatmeal cookie batter. And prefer no toppings, but they got any topping you would need 😊
Good quality ice cream for premium price. As a teen, I wanted to enjoy it, but mix-ins were expensive and we only ever got a teaspoon of each! So disappointing -it made it feel so cheap and not worth it. Hence, I hardly went then and never go now. I'll stick to Baskin Robin's.

I always thought their ice cream had a gloopy and oily texture. I love the clean creaminess of Haagen Daz that doesn't cling to your tongue after swallowing.
Pure nestolgia at Coldstone, sure I tried lots of amazing creations like chocolate ice cream, with salted caramel and coconut, or vanilla with cherry and almonds or the Oreo overload there's one flavour that stands out for me it's also my ace flavour the birthday cake remix. The birthday cake remix is hands down the best ever created it was my favourite as a young adult and still my favourite flavour 20 consecutive years.
This video is mostly accurate aside from the singing part. That is not required in interviews nor are you required anymore to sing. I think it’s up to the owners but it’s phasing out. Good video though it’s very accurate
I work at coldstone ask us if you want us to sing if we are busy it’s hard to feel like we have time to sing and in fact my stores owner says only sing if asked to keep up the speed

In Japan where I lived for 3 years, the Coldstone location I would visit sang before you even paid- not after the tip. As an introvert, this was horrible as people looked over often. Needless to stay I stopped going often because of that lmao.

I went to Steve's when it first opened in 1973 when I was in college. We would even go there in a snow storm!
