How to make delicious mini pizzas
List of ingredients and measurments
For the dough
300 g flour
1 tbs dry yeast
1 ts salt
1 ts sugar
190 g lukewarm water
1,5 tbs olive oil + 0,5 tbs to rub the dough with
Tomato sauce
3 tbs olive oil
5-6 garlic cloves
chili flakes, just a pinch if you dont want it spicy, a ts or two if you do
2 ts oregano
1 can of tomatoes
small pinch of salt
Garlic sauce
1 tbs mayo
3 tbs sour cream
2 garlic cloves, grated or finely chopped
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
2 ts lemon juice
Feel free to top your mini pizzas with whatever your heart desires.
This dough yealds about 16 mini pizzas but can easily be multiplied to feed your family, extended family or village.
Both the tomato sauce and garlic sauce is enough for double this dough.
And the garlic sause is good on anything.
