Samsung faulty m.wev mei input mei 5 ohm resistance, aur secondary mei 2.0 ohm resistance bata raha shot circuit bhi nahi fir kya samjhu Ok ?? After all on karte hi Ghar k fused ud jata hai.

If resistance of the heat coil is showing 0.03 and then dropping to 0 is that indication that transformer is bad ?

Correct, if there is no resistance in the heat coil that means it is faulty or short circuit.

Is this bad and I need new transformer ?
When capacitor shows 10 Om resistance but don't shows capacity what about that .?
Or this is special type of capacitor and we can't test capacity using multimetr beacuse of the 10 Om resistor included?

​@@venox48 cap will show value around 1uf from multimeter. And heat coil resistancr is ok to be zero Ohms.
