There is so much disconnect between the government and government employees. It's even evident when a national service secretariet boss in the Ashanti region went to a hospital to insult a nurse for being rude to his daughter. This is happening because even among the teachers there is division. However the minister is supposed to be a problem solver not a prosecutor.

My brother completed O.T with very good results. We thought he was crazy when he said he wanted to go to a teachers training college instead of university. He simply loved the job. There are teachers who are very passionate about the job. They need some respect
Canada has one of the best education systems in the world. All the teaching programs can be done in the various colleges. They earn a lot of money after that. We don't value anything in Ghana and we treat people like animals.

Once you changed the coordinates of your program and became too apolitical I lost interest and I believe many people have as well. You are no more the Teacher kwadwo that we all know. Stop analysing politicians and do what you used to do and give that enjoyment that you used to do. Please don't bid for any politician if you are. Advice is mine.

Who admitted them in the 1st place. Who is the custodian of the educational system. You said u lost interest in teacher Kwadwos program so why are you here?

Yep they sure do not respect teachers in Ghana at all but teachers are very integral in the building of Ghana’s future While he was comparing Ghana to Finland, will Ghana pays its teachers as much as the Finish people will pay their teachers? In most Finland classrooms, they have two or more teachers with one teaching and the others helping the students who does not understand with explanation. The brightest in Ghana go to medicine, engineering and administration whilst those in Finland go into teaching because it pays a lot more. Wherever there are great incentives, the brightest candidates will show up and give everything for success
