When you have all your various domains and their names are all slight variations of your main website, how do you handle if/when a client chooses to go visit one of those domain websites? Will a website exist for those domains? Or will they be re-directed to your main website? If they are redirected, where is that handled in the control panel for that domain (i.e. website re-direct/forwarding)?
Yes simply forward the domains to your main domain, I have another video in that playlist showing how it’s done. This is done where you host your domain like GoDaddy or namecheap

does the 14 day trial start once i create the instantly account or when i start the warmup proess? i ask because i had some issues setting up DKIM and DMARC records. and lost a few days.

Always send 30 cold emails and continue to send 20 warmup mails, per email address.

No you can ignore the warmup mails, instantly does it all for you.

How come it takes 14 days to warm up an email?
When fully warmed up, you're only sending out 30 cold emails a day? Whats the reason for being limited to 50 total emails?
The limit of 50 a day is set by Google and Microsoft etc as most humans won't send more than that. They want to prevent spam. The rest is answered in my Video.
Can i pump out manual emails as its in the warmup process?
No, it doesn’t make a difference. If you send a couple mails no problem, but don’t send cold mails in any way during warmup

You need to warm up slowly. You can also ask instantly support for any advice, they are really helpful!

What do you mean? If you setup everything correctly you should see warm up activated and it will start sending mails slowly
