    The creaking of the swing only needs lubrication, I suggest silicone spray for all the friction points.
    That’s what I used on my 3HP MHI split.

    I am using 2 voltas 1.5 tons 4 star acs for past 4 years.
    Just 1 con is that the outer unit make noise when it is generally cool outside as like early morning or during rains.
    Otherwise cooling is more than satisfactory. And power consumption is very less too.
    Though I service my voltas myself so no hassel of leaving fins dirty.

    Very nice review indeed. Actually you are right about the swing noise and if you can please discuss about the auto and cool mode differences and the best to choose.

    • @TechnologyRig
      @TechnologyRig  3 роки тому +1

      Thank you so much for your kind words. In most ACs the difference between the two modes, is simply that in the cool mode the compressor will never turn off, whilst in the auto mode, the AC will try and maintain the set temperature. And if this means turning off the compressor it will do so. On this Mitsubishi, there isn’t a typical Auto mode, It only has one Mode where you can set the temperature and it will maintain it automatically.

    Thanks for the UE update on Mitsubishi Heavy SRK 24YVS-W6 model. You have a wonderful diction and knowledge about the product. In your update you had hinted over that the specifications provided in the IAPL brochure specially wrt tonnage vs room size may not be accurate. I also noticed few anomalies in their brochure. Likewise, I also did not find the wattage requirement at 120%, i.e. at 8.3 kW.
    It shall be nice, if you can post the pictures of the specifications plate found on IDU as well as on ODU.
    Thanks.

    Thanks for your video. I don't have Mitsubishi O general AC in my home but I have 1.5 ton LG Inverter AC 5 star. These two brands Mitsubishi and O General are costally acc that's why everyone can't buy these. Second problem is that these 2 companies don't have their own Ac Engineers. If your AC create any problem then the company send local AC Mechanics to your home. Now every company provides 1 year warranty 5 year PCB and 10 year Compressor warranty. I heard about Mitsubishi that the company provide 5 year warranty on PCB and 10 year warranty on compressor but you get these when you service your Mitsubishi AC 2 times in a year. I have LG 1.5 ton 5 star Inverter AC in my home if any problem then the company send L G AC Engineers. One of the main problem of these two brands is that after Sales Service is not good everyone on UA-cam told about this.
    Thanky

I have a room size of 230sq ft top floor with 3 walls and roof facing the sunlight directly during day. I am residing in Allahabad, UP. Thank you for such an informative video, I have the same in the non inverter model, sir If you could shed some light, mine runs in a 400sqft room and it cools it nicely, it runs 24 hrs, I hope I won’t receive a shocker of a bill right? It’s just been 12 days since it has been put up! So an idea will really help me gauge!

    • @TechnologyRig
      @TechnologyRig  2 роки тому

      This AC can run at very low power consumption, especially in ECO mode and Silent Mode. But 400 sq. feet is at the outer edge of its capability. Depending on other factors such as exposure to the sun, I would say that the compressor would be running at high consumption most of the time in this case. Thus it may not be very cost efficient. Expect bills similar to a non-inverter 5 star AC.

    @technology rig does reducing fan speed affect energy consumption in case of non inverter ac ?

    • @TechnologyRig
      @TechnologyRig  3 роки тому

      Rishab not really, that will only have a marginal effect as the only thing consuming lesser power will be the fan. On non-inverter ACs, when the compressor is running it has a fixed speed and hence runs at full power consumption all the time when the compressor is on. The only way to reduce power consumption with these ACs is to run them at a higher set temperature.

    Mitsubishi electric JR series and GN series has maximum 9200 W cooling capacity. And this model has 8300 W cooling capacity.

      500 sq feet is too large for this AC to work efficiently. The brochure says the maximum is 450, but I would only use it till 350 sq ft or 400 at a strech. Consider combining this with a 1.6 ton model and you will have the proper cooling.
