Basically I did four sets of 15 as fast as i could. 4-5 times a week for one month to prepare myself for record try. But I spent a year training weighted chins. I think it increased my grip and alot and ofcourse pulling strength too. If you have a msn send it to me if you want to talk more about training. -Eetu
HEY NICE!!! CAN U TEACH ME HOW YOU TRAIN? PLEASE! I can do like i think 29 now but the record for my school is 37. Can u sahre some tips? Like how many pull ups you do a week or a day? PLESAE!!! Thanks master!
Ohhh. I am not sure if i am training correctly, but i do sets of 15 until i cannot complete my set anymore which is usually about the 4th set. As soon as i am unable to complete my set, i get on the bar and do my maximum until i reach 150 pull ups. While i am off the bar, i will also do some bicep curls. Not sure if this is the right way though. But i heard from my friend that placing weight trains more on strength and not endurance? Is it true?
Theres a difference between strength and endurance right? Correct me if i am wrong but if you train strength, you can do all the nice stuff like one arm or muscle ups. But if you train endurance you can do many pull ups. Am i right?
Huhhuh. Oli kyl hymyssä pitelemistä ku katto tota roikuntaa :) harmittavasti jäi tosta gripistä kiinni toi ettet voinu tehä enempää. Mutta varmasti toi roikkuminen ottaa voimille.
Järkevii noi ketkä laittaa kommenttii että huonosti ku taukoja -_- itestä ihan sairaan hyvin!!!! Tekisivät ite videon mis tekee saman verran ilman taukoi ni sit voi sanoo ihan rauhassa mitä lystää.....
