    Hiya, great video - do you know where to purchase the shock cord straps in the UK. I am thinking of getting the bag, but also have a Peak Design travel tripod that I’d like to attach now and again. Many thanks :)

      Hi Shane I got mine with the start up program and as you probably know you cant but Nomatic in the UK you have to go via GOMATIC. They dont have them listed but I just checked the Bundle Pack (ie buying them all) and it states Shock-Cord Accessory Strap with Adjusting Hook Hardware included so they must have them here in the UK so I would contact them and ask if they can sell them separately or with the sling as an extra ?

    A copy of a Nikon bag that has been on the market for eons now . Love mine for short day tripping . Out on the bike for the day , it holds everything I will need . Glad to see an option out there , for this size bag . Mine is getting worn out and I will most certainly re buy with this version . Thanks for the video .

      @@HiethGeorge Nikon discontinued it awhile ago . A shame . I guess people think smaller bags aren't useful ?!? I got it in a discontinued bin and it has become my most used bag . Perfect for MFT set ups . Carrying my Ronin SC in it , you name it . Even just a lunch bag hahahaa . Like I said , glad someone is making this form factor , I will buy this to replace the old Nikon unit . Thanks again .

    Peter McKinnon Luma 12L sling looks good...Oh, you have DJI Osmo pocket 3 it's an amazing camera......I planning to start a vlogging UA-cam channel so I decided to buy DJI Action 3. What do you think about DJI Action 3 Sir?

    I am using the Nomatic PM 8L sling bag with Z8 + Z24120S lens.
    It is time to change the bag after using it for a long time.
    I'm checking my LUMA bag, but I'm not sure if it will fit.🤨

    • @HiethGeorge
      @HiethGeorge  4 місяці тому +1

      If it fits in the PM 8L then it should fit in this one however the Luma is a bit narrow so I will check the measurements when I get home of your set up and see if it is ok cheers Hieth

    • @HiethGeorge
      @HiethGeorge  4 місяці тому +1

      Ok so your Z8 measures 144 x 119 x 83 and my Lumix S5MKII measures 134.3mm x 102.3mm x 90.1mm whilst my Canon R6 MKII only measures 138.4 x 98.4 x 88.4 they both fit so th eZ8 should fit but it will be tight. As for the Lens yours measures 84 x 118mm, the 24 to 105 measures exactly the same at 84mm x 118mm and my RF 24 to 70 measures a bit bigger at 88.50 x 125.7 mm again this will fit - all in all you should find it is ok all be it a bit tight on the camera - hope this helps cheers Hieth

      No need to say sorry you are probably right I like it but like I said I the video it needed to be a little bit wider for what I originally brought it for to fit my Canon R3 and RF 24 to 105 f2.8 but it is still a nice quality bag and at least I have saved you some money in not buying it thanks for watching and have a great day cheers Hieth

    Such an overpriced and overrated bag! There are so many better slings on the market! Peak Design, Pgytech just to name 2...they jack the price up just because PM name is on it! This has nothing against your video...I have both of PM's earlier bags and they collect dust! I try to use them every few months but I get frustrated with them and go back to my trusty Shimoda Bags!

    • @HiethGeorge
      @HiethGeorge  5 місяців тому +1

      Hi Mike those Shimoda Bags are awesome - I agree with everything you have said I like the Luma for what I brought it for but I wish it was a little wider so it will probably be collecting dust soon when I go a buy a Peak Design one as I think that may allow me to fit My R3 with my new RF24 to 105 F2.8 as in the first video I made about this bag I was disappointed that it did not fit - thanks for watching and at least I have saved you some money as you wont be getting one thanks for watching, keep smiling and have some fun cheers Hieth

      @@HiethGeorge Thanks for your kind works. I have the Peak Design 10L and have fit my R5 with the RF 24-70 mounted and the 70-200 and 15-35mm all in the sling. Then batteries in the lid of the bag. However the R3 is bigger than the R5…about the same size as the R5 with a battery grip…which I also have but haven’t tried it in the PD sling. It MIGHT fit. However I think the Pgytech OneMo 11L sling might be better for you. It expands to 13L and has a ton of room!

      So many better? Not sure tbh. PD (pita to put stuff in a out), Wandrd (bulky and kinda ugly imho, while the black one is also black inside which is also pita) cost like the same. Pgytech has a way cheaper material mix. So what are the "many"?
