- Hiii! With all the excitment around Half-Life 3, I wanted to put together all the Half-Life 3 concept trailers I've put together over the past few years. I've put a lot of work into them, so thank you all so much for the support I've recieved. Here's hoping Valve finish the game this time!!

First time seeing the channel? I'm HALF PEEPS (aka peeps4321 or Samuel). I make video game animations here on UA-cam, mainly using SFM (Source Filmmaker, animation software running on Valve's Source game engine) and S2FM (Source 2 Filmmaker, the updated version of SFM running on Valve's Source 2 game engine). Most of my videos are related to Valve Software (mainly Half-Life and Portal) but don't be surprised if another franchise pops up occasionally. Starting UA-cam back in 2013, in 2020, I hit my first 1,000 subscribers (took me long enough, I know...) and subsequently hit 10,000 in 2021. My ultimate goal is to reach 100,000 subscribers. As unrealistic as that may be, I would love it if you subscribed and joined me on this journey! I hope you enjoy the content!
Half-Life is a series of first-person shooter (FPS) games developed and published by Valve. The games combine shooting combat, puzzles, and storytelling. The original Half-Life, Valve's first product, was released in 1998 for Windows to critical and commercial success. Players control Gordon Freeman, a scientist who must survive an alien invasion. The innovative scripted sequences were influential on the FPS genre, and the game inspired numerous community-developed mods, including the multiplayer games Counter-Strike and Day of Defeat. Half-Life was followed by the expansions Opposing Force (1999), Blue Shift (2001), and Decay (2001), developed by Gearbox Software. In 2004, Valve released Half-Life 2 to further success, with a new setting and characters and physics-based gameplay. Portal is a series of first-person puzzle-platform video games developed by Valve. Set in the Half-Life universe, the two main games in the series, Portal (2007) and Portal 2 (2011), center on a woman, Chell, forced to undergo a series of tests within the Aperture Science Enrichment Center by a malicious artificial intelligence, GLaDOS, that controls the facility. Most of the tests involve using the "Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device" - the "portal gun" - that creates a human-sized wormhole-like connection between two flat surfaces. The player-character or objects in the game world may move through portals while conserving their momentum. This allows complex "flinging" maneuvers to be used to cross wide gaps or perform other feats to reach the exit for each test chamber. I'm already 44, but I'm still waiting for Half Life 3 Like a teenager. The sea of memories and positive emotions surged at me. I would very much like to be in the role of Gordon Freeman in the virtual world. Half Life Alyx is just a revolutionary project.

Im gonna make a funny prediction: in the event that a genuine, official half life 3 trailer fresh from valve gets released, yeah everyone will be hyped but after that, people are gonna comb through all of the fan made trailers and point out which ones got close to the official trailer or at least, what elements did the fan trailers get right
It'll happen one day. No way they approved Alyx's ending without an intention to continue the story, especially the post credit scene, VR or not. I trust in Valve, even if it takes another 10 years lol

Half-Life 3 has become the ultimate gaming mystery. After playing the first two legendary games again on Boosteroid, the wait for the third part feels even longer. We can only hope it comes someday!

По моему valve забивали на hl3 так долго что халфа начала жить своей жизнью под управлением всевозможных мододелов энтузиастов

в 1998 вышла эта шедевральная игра, держала интерес к себе очень долго благодаря дополнениям и модам а потом было долгое, долгое ожидание 2 части, и в 2004г мы дождались, потом еще пара эпизодов так ни о чем, и ожидание 3 части, но ребятки, на дворе 2024, прошло 20 лет, вы серьезно думаете что сегодня это интересно? фанаты игры уже состарились и обзавелись другими интересами, поезд уехал, мы уже ничего не ждем, сделаете - молодцы, не сделаете - крен с вами
Пара эпизодов была вполне.
Жду до сих пор как подросток хотя мне 38 лет. Игра гениальна. Лучше бы доделали епизод 3 и закончили эту историю. В итоге не епизод 3 не 3 ей части.
я не состарился и хочу увидеть халф лайв 3 все другие части я прошел так хочу её увидеть.
и ещё не все состарились.

Уже скоро. Valve начали разрабатывать новую игру под кодовым названием White Sands. Из кода можно понять, что главный герой будет носить костюм HEV. Так что не теряй надежду.

G-man is Gordon Freeman himself from alternative universe. What Gordon does is trying to survive unknowingly he caused the cascade and Gordon literally running just a few moments from happening. Everytime Gordon arrives sht is coming.
I hope they don't forget Adrian Shephard.
the best game of my life.. truly a master piece game.. i will probably not live long enough to see HL3... i was in my prime when the gaming all started still play games daily.. but live got HL3.. and beyond

THE greatest gaming story ever told... But never finished.
Aside from the cultural impact and the two decades of longing, I've never understood the reluctance to produce a continuation in Half Life 3. Business-wise it is a golden goose; GUARANTEED pre-sales and launch sales in the megabucks region.
Throw in your own numerical calculations/speculation, but with a generation of gamers keeping the HL legend alive for so long and a new generation hearing the hype and love, any Half Life 3 project is akin to a Beatles resurrection reunion tour.
Incredibly bewildering that - even after the terrific Alyx standalone - there isn't a legion of developers chained to overclocked PCs in a wilderness gulag out in the Swedish mountains working 24 /7 on it.
Somebody, somewhere, in the name of every God of mankind, make HL3 a reality.
My bucks are reserved; as much as you want.
What was the music at the start? It was a remix, but not one I know of.

They did make the game but did not release it as it they believed it wasn't good enough for fan expectations.
A script for the game was released on the internet a few years back which explained what the story would have been i think.

Title: Half-Life 3: Fractured Horizons
Setting: Years after the events of "Episode Two," the world is in disarray. The Combine's grip on Earth has weakened, but remnants of their forces remain, and new factions are vying for power. Resistance groups are scattered, and hope is dwindling.
Plot:
Prologue: After the devastating loss of Alyx Vance, Gordon Freeman is haunted by guilt and isolation. He has spent years wandering the wasteland, avoiding conflict and reflection. But whispers of a new Combine threat emerge-a figure known only as “The Overseer,” a ruthless leader gathering the remaining Combine forces and resources to tighten their hold on Earth.
Act 1: Gordon is drawn back into the fight when he encounters a group of survivors led by a determined young woman named Mira. She is searching for Alyx’s father, Eli Vance, who went missing while investigating Combine activity in a hidden facility. Mira’s tenacity reminds Gordon of the importance of hope, and he decides to join her quest.

@@Dragonoid_X1 правильные слова. Хотя в том же портале тоже за бабу играем (хоть и как всегда немую). Суть в том, что фанаты сами воздвигли валв и габена чуть ли не в божества, а на деле что? Большую часть игр валвы тупо украли, так как сами их не придумали. Если взять халву и портал, то они стоят из себя неких загадочных гуру мастеров мудрецов. Это не игра с сюжетными дырами, это игра с ЗАГАДКАМИ!

@@Dragonoid_X1 и вот с каноном тоже полная бредятина. Помимо полной отсебятины, валвы не смоги сохранить свой же канон, а именно графи перчатки. По итогу у нас получается что раньше были компактные, лёгкие но слабые грави перчатки, которые каким-то образом эволюционировали в тяжёлую, большую и мощную гравипушку. Это как?

You all talk about HL 3 release, I say that is fine. But I want to see the Half Life Blockbuster movie come out. At one point they were going to make one.

And Shephard and Calhoun? Shephard need revenge, G-MAN is the enemy of all. If we take nova propeskt shephard does not have orders to kill freeman therefore he would appear with the vortigaun and he would understand that he has been manipulated all this time his men killed because of the man in the suit. Only Barney Calhoun and Adrian Shephard are missing, all against Gman to kill him
