Something to ponder on! Stacking any gold is a good idea whether now or in the near future. Thanks for the share FIn. Cheers and Happy New Year buddy ✌🏻🥳
You're assuming that the premium on fractional gold will rise in line with spot. This isn't what would generally be expected, since a lot of the premium is related to (more or less) fixed costs per piece (minting, shipping, etc) - this is why the premiums are (in percentage terms) higher on fractional in the first place. So if there is a big rise in spot it would actually be expected that 1oz gold would benefit more from that rise than fractional, since more of the value in a 1oz piece is based on spot and less on premium. In terms of liquidity of 1oz gold - I wouldn't worry too much, personally - there are plenty of people in the market for many ounces.
I wonder if after you reach 1oz in fractional gold you could get it melted down and in to a 1oz bar that would be cool. Not sure how to go about it tho and where would offer that service.
That’s definitely possible. You could do it yourself if you invested in the right equipment but it wouldn’t be worth it really. But a smelting coin or jewellery shop would more then likely do it for you :)
@@FutureInvestmentsBullion yeah I haven't ventured to 1/4 yet I have about 5 1/10s and 5g gold got about an ounce of platinum rest is mainly silver but was focussing on mainly silver last year. Going to take a couple months of stacking and get some more expensive gold in weight
I like gold but I think your leaving out inflation. The same people that can buy an ounce now will be able to in the future. Salaries will go up to match price increase.
There’s some truth in that. But the value of money goes down with inflation so you won’t be able to buy what you can buy now. But with Gold, now that’s a protection against inflation.
@Fly Drip Treasure Hunt (Gold and Silver) I’ve been lucky enough to get about a 2-3% raise every year. I like a diversified portfolio. Just hope people don’t get carried away on gold.
Thankyou for watching! I appreciate your amazing support.

Saving for my first ounce but will be straight up can't afford to just stack ounces would rather have a few fractionals in my stack
Better some gold then no Gold John. Fractional gold is still fantastic. I’m a big fan of 1/4 ounce gold Britannia’s.

@@johnfused8281 Wow! Sounds like you have great stack, especially in fractional precious metals! Awesome stuff!
By that time these will be considered vintage, so that will add a little bit more to the price.
That’s a great point! Well said.
True word's.👍🏴
Thankyou Lee!
I can't afford an Oz at a time but I like fractional cos it suits my dusty pockets, 😜😂😂😂
Merry Christmas folks.
Well said! Fractional Gold is brilliant for that! Merry Christmas mate 🎄
I never new you had a Heraeus 10 Gram bar. I like Heraeus got a 1oz or "unze" Heraeus bar. Good video.
I don’t actually. It’s a family members of mine who gave me his precious metals for UA-cam content. Glad you enjoyed the video.
Q: Is fractional gold, silver and platinum a good way to “store” money without having to deal with inflation?
Yes I believe so.
Make whole lot of sense if its long term. But not for quick sale if you need emergency cash 😊
True! But hopefully most investors won’t need it for emergency cash! Thanks for watching David :)

In 5 years gold will be backed by xrp
Could you elaborate on XRP for me please.
