One day it was empty and she picked it up with her powerful jaws and brought it to me. A passing golfer said "Wow, that dog is hungry!" Meaning it was her feeding dish.😂

Back in the early '70s, Dad's last station was in West Germany. He got a Shepherd puppy and concocted a plan to bring it home and skip all the, as he saw it, quarantining nonsense. His workaround involved the Military Airlift Command and calling in on a lot of favors. My Dad's MOS was a mechanic, be it heavy or light, and it was through this via after-hour maintenance and repairs of fellow soldiers and in a few cases airmen. It was through these airmen that when my Dad was rotating home for discharge he managed to sneak his occasionally floppy-eared friend into the US, because as most saw it a dog is a dog is a dog, so where's the harm...? Buddy was such a great gigantic fuzzy friend.
Thank you. Tieracate is extremely obese. That is awful for a large breed dog (any size actually). Many large breeds are notorious for hip problems. Being overweight just increases the problem and the pain. Not cute,not funny.

To the owners of some of those GSDs: guys, your dogs are way too fat. Yes, they eat a lot but if they get this chonky it is not funny, especially for the dog. They get bone problems and heart problems, are less active and have bad fur. A GSD should look trim, fit and yet strong. If they get to massive they are propably to fat and should go on a diet to cut some weight. DO yourself and especially the dog the favour.
