Ordered Three sets. Arrived today and my daughter said "are they posca pens"? I now have two sets.... Had a practice on some spare parts not destined for inclusion on a build. Perfect coverage without undercoat. Great review and Gaahleri are doing very well out of me via your channel. GHAD-39 Advanced Series Dual Action, Cleaning pot, Compressor GT-918 Dual Drive Series & 3 sets of the pens. I might even get the desk top compressor for blowing resin off the build and build plate of my 3D printers. A particularly handy size for the task and a useful back up compressor for in the house. Cheers, Jason. Iain Mac.
My set arrived the same day yours did. I tried them on a few of the parts from the separate engine kit for my 1/16 Universal Carrier kit from Gecko. First impressions they cover well and are easy to control where the paint goes on. I’d like to see them increase the range both in metallics and non metallic. I’d particularly like to see the colours and hues that appear n the exterior surfaces of jet engines, so burnt colours and also the purples and blue hues on heated exhausts metals. They could follow up with sets for a particular era or types of vehicles e.g. R.A.F. colours early war, German Armoured fighting vehicles and so on, mixing them to RAL or FS standards. Thanks for the review👍 Mark
Hi Jason, These look like some really nice paint pens. I do like Posca, but there will definitely give them a run for their money. Thanks for sharing, have a great day. Jeff
I have a range of airbrushes from Gaahleri from 2, 3, 5 needle size. They are a company that makes stuff that is good enough. Nothing fancy but it does the job.
Hi, I have a problem with AK markers: when they dry on the plastic (even waiting 24 hours) the color tends to come off as soon as I touch them, whether I apply them after the primer or if I apply them directly on the plastic. What can you tell me about these gaahleri markers? Have you tried? Does the color stick to the plastic parts or does it tend to come off?

Hi Jason, nice little pen set, having just started to use Posca ones, these are definitely a consideration for a purchase of these.

Interesting set. I wonder how long they wil last. The initial performance looks good 💥👍💥
The question I would still have is how they perform and look on another surface than matt black.
