I thought the pump was to suck the wax out
If the ear wax does not fall out microsuction is better and safer than bulb syringing.
Bought this last month after using olive oil drops for about a week, initially i thought the bulb was a suction tool but realised after it wasn't, despite this i still used it as a suction tool and actually worked perfectly, ear was completely clear after, i would only suggest this once the wax has sufficiently softened and moved closer to the ears exit

Been using earwax drops for a week but when I use syringe it barely gets anything out, gonna try again later today, hoping it works because both my ears are blocked and I can only hear muffled sounds lol

The syringe bulb is fine as long as you don't forcefully push the water out. Sure it does need a bit of force but not to the point where the water is going in the ear hard. Using Olive Oil before helps and makes it easier to get the wax out with the Bulb. I only recently cleaned my ears myself as right now seeing a Doctor is kinda hard thanks to Corona. One of my ears was insanely or still is pretty itchy but for now I am going to leave my ear alone and hope that it clears up in a few days.

Surprised they don’t include a warning about the dangers or rupturing your ear drum using this method unless you are careful.
Does ear drop really help guys!!! Mine its all block deep inside can't evn see properly......it is hurting like hell....does it really help in breaking it down

Last year my hearing had got noticeably worse in both ears and I've just used this for like 4 or 5 days then used the bulb syringe and I can hear crystal clear in my left ear now!! nothing came out my right but I have put some drops in it and try again tomorrow and will update if any wax comes out

@@larrystowing2007 it went half well, took ages and I had to syringe it for at least half an hour. A lot of wax came out and it eventually unlocked my ear but I know there was a lot left that I couldn't get to. Best invest in the real syringe water machine and diy at home. This syringe bulb is weak!

This is probably the worst thing to do. The force of the water can cause the ear drum to rupture using the bulb. Olive oil is much better and if not go and see an ENT for microsuction. I have a hole in my left ear drum worsened by an pool dive. The ear drum is very delicate and the urea hydrogen can irritate the ear drum.
hi - i use the pump all the time when needed and it's just perfect. I would not be happy to do the microsuction at all. that sound much worse than doing the syringing.
With this tho can feel ear wax crackling but did feel like an ocean in ears which hurt

Where you getting this from? Yes ear drums are the more fragile of tissues in her body but water alone won't damage it so long as you don't go crazy and do this every day and you use the product as instructed to do so. Having an audiologist remove the ear wax manually is far more risky and evasive.
The water pressure from the bulb is not harsh unlike syringing.

Good idea it's to stop young children getting into it.
I did exactly this and it has not helped at all. My ear is now in pain.

so it did work it did get wax out but you have to be careful because if you have too much wax the water can actually get trapped in it and make your blockage worse. If you have a lot of wax you have to go to the doctors and get it cleaned professionally to avoid risks.
If you have a moderate amount of wax then the kit is very good for cleaning ears .
Works for me and I've 12 years of problems. Will definitely buy a second bottle. After 1 week of use, the crackling and popping is significantly louder. Just waiting for it to fall out. Do not use ear buds!
