Oks lang ako means I'm fine or I'm okay.. the song really means a lot, He wants the girl he love to choose her happiness over him. If she doesn't love him anymore, he was giving her a freedom to left him because he really know that, The girl was begun to be out of love on him. So he's just saying that "Oks lang ako" means, don't mind me if you can hurt me but please always remember that I'm okay and I will be good if you will find your real happiness :)

I'm a filipino but I don't really like OPM(original Filipino music) but some songs will always change my mind. The song btw is about a relationship that lost its magic, pov of a man that wishes for his love's happiness even though he won't be with her, a man saying he'll be alright, he'll be okay, don't worry but that he can't promise that his heart won't stop loving her even though they're not together anymore.
