Wow! Finally, someone who explains everything he is doing with converting and modifying the kit. Best instructor I have found in years.
Glad I can help!, thanks for getting the idea of my model making so well
Man,that is some beautiful work on the Marder! All that photo-etch and scratch building would be way above my skill level. The video work, and the explanation of what you were doing with each step, was also brilliant. I was enthralled throughout. I can’t wait to see part three. Cheers from across the Tasman!
Thank you very much, it really means a lot to hear that. Patience and practice is all it takes to build up skills. Keep at it! Thanks again for stopping by and for all of the great compliments. Cheers!
YOU ARE A TRUE ARTIST WITH THIS MEDIA. YOU ALSO MUST HAVE VERY GOOD REFERENCES TO GO BY. GREAT WORK.
Yes I got lucky with this one, I found someone who restored one.
That is a beautiful interior. Well done on the brass work! I'm looking forward to seeing it all painted.

К сожалению, я не владею английским языком, и не понимаю, что говорит автор, но все равно мне очень нравятся его ролики. И да, смотрю в 2020 году, привет из Украины))
You are a very patient man with all that intricate work👌 Do you edit all of the cussing or are you built that way? Incredible work!
Hahaha yes and I edit out all the time that I spend on the floor looking for the micro piece I've dropped 🤣. Great comment, it had me laughing! 👍
@@LocktOnArt Good to hear it got a laugh🤣 Looking forward to part 3👍
Lol, as a Scot it always tickles me hearing people ‘not from Scotland’ saying ‘wee’. It is a cracking ‘wee’ word but, so very descriptive.
Do you have Scottish family perchance ??
Here in New Zealand people use that word all the time. But yes my parents are British.

Is pt 3 done yet? That's a nice interior! I've just built that Tamyia marder 1 to see what it's like and it's kinda poor tbh! Yeah alot better than there older kits atleast the rubber bands are gone and you get link n length I have Hobby bosses marder 3 ausf M there and there away to re release the other ex tristar marder 3 ausf H I'll have to see what changes were made from the E to the H I'll have to order this one up soon!
Part 3 will be out before Xmas, all going well! 👍
What is the thickness of the brass sheet you recommend for work like this?
I use a range from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm. For structural building I use the thicker sheet as it's a lot stiffer and the thin one for more tie downs and straps, that sort of thing.
@@LocktOnArt What's your supplier?
What was the reference for the radio? I'm gonna do an Ausf H soon too!
Email me from my home page and I'll send you the photos and info I have 👍
