I start each day with a bath. Trouble is I dont wash. I just sit in the hot water, for an hour, drinking coffee, check UA-cam, and maybe message a friend. Then I get out and sit wrapped in a towel on the floor, do my planner...no one disturbs me in the bathroom. Its my safe place. But then I look at the clock and feel worthless, unwashed, and ridiculous.
