Because WWE dont own the copyright to it anymore they didnt renew it when Goldberg came back as goldberg didnt like it. The only reason this was used is because at the time Goldberg first joined the WWE his WCW theme was still own by Time Warner and they wouldn't give permission or sell the copyrights but when he returned for the 2nd time the license had expired so the WWE bought it that's why if you replay any of Goldbergs matches on the WWE network when he first came back from backlash to wrestlemania they have replaced this theme with his original WCW theme.

Looking back at it now being much older it kinda sucked knowing that Goldberg had a lot of tension with the producers and writers during his first run with WWE, and the fact it could’ve been a lot better and longer. But looking back at it, it was still awesome. Big fan of Goldberg. Also seeing him come back and fighting Brock after 12 years was surreal. Long live the all time great wrestlers 💪🏻
