Aaron confirmed that 20 Big Red Machine songs have been recorded including collaborations with Anaïs Mitchell and Sharon Van Etten.

Its a privilege to see the roots of songs developing for other artist. The National is my go to band but you really made Taylor Swift into one of my new favourites

Love these songs! So do you have some kind of mod that gives your Kay guitar that muted sound? What stings do you use on the Kay?
There is a rubber bridge on the guitar that mutes the strings. Im obsessed with the sound and I purchased a vintage parlor guitar that Im going to try using what's called a Tremolomute with it to hopefully give it that sound. Ive read he got the guitars from Old Style Guitar Shop in L.A. where Reuben Cox fits those guitars with a rubber bridge.

I believe it is a vintage Kay parlor guitar with a rubber bridge that mutes the strings like that. I love the sound and just ordered a similar Kay guitar that Im going to try using a Tremolomute on to hopefully give it that sound.
