Today when I was praying this devotion that's dedicated to Saint Michael, The Chaplet of Saint Michael. I came to my senses that I was doing something that negative and unhealthy and unruly and that was looking at pornography. I don't know why I did it. But now I know why. Because in June last year, 2019. I was visiting my girlfriend at her group home. By the time I got there, none of the staff were there with her. It just her and I. At first I thought that the visit was going to be decent and pure. But suddenly without warning. She and I took the relationship to a new level and that was premartial sex. Which I know is morally wrong. I tried to fight the temptation as best I could but I couldn't. My moral conscience was fogged up and after the ordeal, I was overwhelmed. The next day, I decided to tell mom what happened. She was shocked and upset. She was upset with me a little. But I managed to go to a Catholic priest for the sacrament of confession and I told him what happened. He gave advice on what I should I do for my penance and I did it. As for the staff from the group home, I took the courage by telling her staff of what happened between my girlfriend and I. And sure enough, they were livid with her. And they told her that they're never going to leave her alone with me. As soon I did what needed to be done, I felt the presence of Saint Micheal coming and he told me how proud and impressed he was with me. So now I'm asking Saint Michael to pray and intercede for me and help me overcome my addiction to pornography. And help me to live a better life with Christ and God. Saint Michael the archangel, pray and intercede for me. Amen.
