Just coming back from the court and tried to put this in practice. I am 47 yo and I have played tennis since I was 8, always with a 1 Handed backhand. I have found again my consistency, especially with the wrist’s tip, really valuable. Thanks a lot!!!!

Hi can you make video about 1 handed backhand when the ball is bounce up to your chest. I found it quite imposible to hit back hand when the ball bounce that high, even when i try to run back to to catch it on the way down
