Thanks for taking us along with you. Some of the relics are different here than your other locations. It took great skill to flake the basalt points! You found your serrated point as you have at other locations. The bifurcate, long, triangular basalt point was very interesting. There were different cultures here that you may have not seen before. There had to be more water there in the past to have so many relics in what is now a desert. Keep going collecting and being healthy, my friend!
.My great friend. Near this area there is a dry stream that when it rains the water accumulates in some pools, so they had water seasonally. They were nomads and several subgroups of the same tribe (Guaycuras) fought for the place for thousands of years. I loved the basalt bifurcation, it is the first I find of its kind. Basalt is the most difficult material to carve on the tips. Wow friend. The best for you this weekend.
Wonderful job! Thank You, very much Sr. Coyote! Some wild stone! Nice, with the basalt "saves", the long one's worked down to almost a drill! Thank You, for taking me huntin', every day! I love your Stuff! Via con Dios, Amigo's! 👍👍‼️

Basalt is the hardest rock to work with. Almost all are from the archaic middle back. They are not well carved because of how difficult it is. The large points were made of these types of material because of not finding flint materials large enough to make these points. Greetings to my friend and a happy Sunday with his family.
Great video. That big basalt point was unusual. They way it had those double notches. Not something you see on a stemmed point. The rest were real nice too. Really liked the bifurcated base on the other basalt piece. Best of luck and stay safe brother.🌵👍

Good Saturday to you Mr. Coyote. You started a little slow but your persistence payed off. I am comparing the large basalt point to the last big one you showed us. It is difficult to pick up details on a video, so I will ask you....are they from the same time period? Very well made. The stem is perfect. Wishing you continued success.
My friend forever. Jajajajaja I am going to be a connoisseur. They both have beautiful bases. The one of today is located in the Middle Archaic due to its characteristics in its base, shoulders, notches and a carving like all those of that period.
