Ive just done 2 months carnivore....was 128.85 kilos....on Day 30 I was 113...day 60 I was 101. I've now been lifting again for 8 weeks....have added 200g carbs in a day and I'm 111 kilos. Waist has gone from 46 to 34. It's the best lifestyle change I've made. The ONLY excerise I did for the first 60 days was walking. Hour every morning ...fasted....hour every evening immediately after dinner. I intermittent fasted aswell. First meal at 10...last at 1800. I feel absolutely fantastic. I'm 50 in Feb. My new Samsung Ultra watch scores my metabolic age at 33. Offer one tip....substitute the smoked salmon with smoked mackerel fillets. Smoked salmon is smoked with a blanket of sugar...far too many carbs....and of course sugar is a cane/plant

Those greens and things are not carnivore my friend all the nutrients you need comes from your beef, also get rid of the liquid dairy for a bit to see if you lose weight faster, but ya all those supplements are just a waste of money and the greens make it not carnivore. You will absolutely get all the vitamins and minerals from just beef just add some liver here and there the salmon is good you are getting everything you need trust me it's the only diet in the world you get everything you need to live, and no human being will need fiber if you are eating proper human diet so keto carnivore

Its not like vegetables and wheat are poisons, if you are taking greens and fiber supplements then there is no purpose in only eating animal products. You should have seen him in 2017 at the WSM he weighed 435 then he won the wsm in Botswana and during his interview he retired because he was having health issues I said know wonder he was having health issues weighed 198kg 435lbs and was doing things 3 normal men couldn't do his heart was about to explode

He’s not a bodybuilder lol He’s a strongman competitor and you could argue over all athlete - he has dabbled with combat sports etc But he has never been a bodybuilder … never (to my knowledge ) has he dieted to extremely low body fat % and competed on stage

So you avoid plant sources entirely on atkins as well? Thats a huge difference. Its not only about minimizing carbohydrates, its about avoiding any food source which is hard to digest, low in nutritional density and potencially inflammatory.
