Hi mr combi, thanks for the upload +the logic of the pumping over question for you if i may could there be other underlining issues i.e blocked cold feed split coil etc or by extending the vent pipe would resolve the issue any help is most grateful take care thankyou

Hi Harry, thanks for asking, no it would not solve that problem and changing the cold feed makes the system fill much faster with less air in the water.🤩👍

@@mrcombiBedford thanks for the reply so basically because the f+e tank is within the 5 metre head of the pump the vent pipe requires to be extended in order to prevent pump overrun

My first message was miss interpreted what I meant was could the pumping over be due to blocked cold feed or pump setting too high or split coil, faulty cylinder thermostat etc etc could any of these faults cause it to pump over
