What a great idea! The DM Scotty is strong in this build, with all that TP and watered down glue (so many of his builds include those materials), but this application of those materials is unique! The making of those waves and ripples with the toilet paper is amazing! So relatively easy. Very nice! Glad I found your channel a few weeks ago, I've been enjoying your videos!
Thank you very much! I'm not the first one using this technique for water, but I tried to give it my own flavor.
I'm really hapoy that you are enjoying my videos, comments like this keeps me going! 😁😁
This man don’t miss! Incredible work!!
Thank you for commenting mate, glad you liked it!
Love the ocean board! I never thought of doing it that way!!
Thank you! I've seen several crafting using similar methods before, I just give it my own spice :)
Nice job, brother! Really like the toilet paper technique to create the waves. - Rick, USMC
Thank you very much mate!
Cool work! Really looking forward to the boat build :)
Thank you Karl! I hope to finish it for the next week!
Great job, i have to try this for my 1/43 Dr!ft dock.
Thank you! Just discovered about that game/rc thing after searching on Google, looks really interesting 🙂🙂 And it combines videogames with terrain/scenery two things I love!
@@Sahaak_Craft it's my "winter hobby" where we can meet and unroll the track mats. It looks decent, but soon sparks the desire for more details. I already have a lot of sea cans and a bunch of semi trucks.
But i lack scenery and buildings.
I once also tried getting into the Warhammer/Mortheim game, but failed due not having somebody to play against.
@@GeeShocker I mainly play DnD, and I actually started playing LOTR warhammer. Sometimes it's hard to find people to play but there is a lot of clubs or boardgames shop where you can play.
My videos are more fantasy related, but I think you can use some of the techniques for making scenery for your buildings, also foam is very good for concrete buildings and other stuff that will match your racing game!
@@Sahaak_Craft yes 100%. I was watching a lot of HO-scale build videos for learning about modeling techniques. There i found the paper kits from Scalescenes, where you buy the files and print them yourself.
If you use the 1/76 version and scale them up, they perfectly match the 1/43 Dr!ft cars.
But for the water, i couldn't find something that looks good and is practical, until i saw your video.
Nicely done!
Thank you!
I learned a lot thanks
Thank you for watching! 😎
Nice work
Thanks!
Looks Great!
Thank you so much!
Very nice work.
Thank you!
@@Sahaak_Craft you're welcome 😊
Increible.
Gracias!
So cool and simple. Did you have any warping problems?
Thank you! Luckily no, the fiber board worked really well and it stayed totally flat :)
